Enter a Crisis Call Note

In order to enter a crisis call assessment, you must first enter a related note.  You can do this with or without a related client file.  If you enter an anonymous note without a related client file, the note can later be associated with a client file.

To enter an anonymous note without a related client file:

1.  Go to Actions at the top of the page, go to the New section and select Note.  Indicate that the note applies to an individual and create the note.  Proceed to step 2 below.

To enter a note with a related client file:

1.  Go to the Notes section of the client file and select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list.

Tip:  at the Client Summary Page, you can click on the Create icon in the Recent Notes section to create a new note record.

2.  Enter the appropriate information in the note.

3.  To record details about your client contact and time spent, use the Next button at the top of the page to go to the Contacts page and the Time Spent page.  You’ll need to enter these sections of the note before you can proceed to enter the crisis assessment.
