OCAN Summary of Actions and Comments

Tip:  this report only applies to the OCAN Full.

The OCAN Summary of Needs report provides a summary of the OCAN Staff Assessment actions and comments entered during the reporting period.  The domains are categorized based on the need rating entered in the most recent OCAN.

1.  Open the client file (Menu → Clients and Contact People → All Clients → select the client file) and go to the Reports section of the file.

2.  Select OCAN Clients for Reassessment from the list of reports.

3.  Select your report parameters, and select the Generate button.

If the staff and consumer need ratings for a domain are different, the domain will be categorized based on the higher need rating, and only the higher rating will be shown in bold.
