Retrieve a Completed Crisis Assessment

Completed crisis assessments are stored in the History section of the client file.

To retrieve a completed crisis assessment:

1.  Go to the Menu at the top of the page, go to the Clients and Contacts section, and select All Clients.  This will bring you to the central list of client files.

2.  Select the client file from the list OR use the search field at the top of the page to search for the client file and then select it from the list.

3.  Right beneath the button bar, select Client Record (beside the client’s name) to see all the sections in the client file, and select History to go to that section. You can also use the Next button at the top of the page to make your way to the History section.

4.  Select the desired crisis assessment from the list of History records.
