User Accounts – Rates

The user account Rates section of an employee record is used to identify the annual accrual rate for various types of days, e.g.:  vacation days, sick days, etc..  This section of the user account only needs to be configured if you are using the system’s attendance module.
To create a rate record:1.  Open the employee’s user account (central menu → System → Users → Active Users) and use the Next button to go to the Rates section.2.  Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner to create a new rate record.

3.  Enter the record with the appropriate information.

4.  When you are finished, save and close the rate record.

Tip:  you’ll need to enter a new rate record for the user if/when the rates change.
