Make the most of your software by purchasing a support plan and receive unlimited support for all your Pirouette questions.  Curious about a particular Pirouette feature or function that you’ve never used before?  Simply have your registered contact person submit a request whenever users have a question or concern.  Our friendly staff will provide assistance and valuable input whenever an issue arises, so you can feel confident about how the software is being used.

Select a 3-month plan for unlimited support when you first start using the software, or a 1-year plan for ongoing support.

Hourly Support

Hourly support is available for organizations that wish to purchase support on an as-needed basis.
