Crisis Call:  Time Spent

The Time Spent page is used to provide a breakdown of time spent with or on behalf of the client.  Access this page by using the Next button when you are at the Contacts page of a note.

1.  Enter your time spent in the fields provided:

  • If you select Average Total Time:  a field will appear for you to enter your total time spent; your time will be equally divided between all the services and/or activities that you select.
  • If you select Enter Specific Times:  for every service and/or activity that you select, a field will appear so you can enter your time spent on that particular service/activity.

2.  Save the record; you’ll get a pop-up window prompting you to enter the crisis call assessment:

3.  Select “OK” to proceed to the crisis call assessment.
