Add and Retrieve a Client File

Here is a an overview of how to add and retrieve a client file in Pirouette.  For detailed instructions and video tutorials, refer to the Pirouette User Training Guide.

Add a New Client File

Option #1:  go to Actions at the top of the page, go to the New section and select Client.  Skip to #3 below.

Option #2:  open the Menu, go to the Clients and Contacts section, and select All Clients.  Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list:

Tip:  whenever you see the Create icon in a list, select it to add a new record to the list.

3.  At the New Client Helper page, enter the client’s name and select the ‘Next’ prompt.  If the name is listed, select it and select ‘Open Selected Client’ to open the file; otherwise select ‘Create a New Client’:

Select ‘Client Record’ (beside the client’s name in red) to view/access all the file sections; or use the Next/Back buttons to work your way through the file.

Retrieve a Client File

1.  Go to the Menu at the top of the page, go to the Clients and Contacts section, and select All Clients to access the central list of clients.

2.  Select the desired client file to open it.
