Configure Programs, Users, and Pulldown Lists

Here is an overview of key configuration steps when setting up a new Pirouette install.  To learn more about each step, refer to the Pirouette Administrators Guide.

Add a New Program

1.  Open the Menu, go to the System section, and select Programs.

2.  Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list to add a new program.

3.  If more than one program has been entered, you can use the Parent Program field to create a program hierarchy.

Add a New User

1.  Open the Menu, go to the System section, select Users, and select Active Users

2.  Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list to enter a new user.

3.  Use the Next/Back buttons to work your way through the file.

Configure Pulldown Lists

1.  Open the Menu, go to the System section, and select Lists.

2.  Select the desired pulldown list you wish to modify.

3.  Select any of the pulldown list options to edit it; or select the Create icon located in the upper right corner to add a new option.
