Use the Goal record to identify any client goals which the organization will be assisting the client to achieve.
Enter the appropriate information, and save and close the record.
To show that the client is no longer working on this particular goal, uncheck the Current Goal checkbox. This will bring the Date Resolved and Resolution fields into view so you can record that information.
Tip: use the Update Goal Status link on the page to track the status of the client’s progress on achieving the goal.
