A license must be purchased for each active employee who will be using the system. This is a one-time charge - not an annual fee.

Server Version Additional Costs

Pirouette 4.0 for Server uses Microsoft SQL Server as its data engine. SQL Server is a powerful, robust, and secure database back-end engine for your data. Use of an industry-standard database engine means your data is highly accessible and many standard reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos Impromptu, or even Microsoft Access can be used to create custom reports.

To run Pirouette 4.0 software, a copy of Microsoft SQL Server is required for your server (purchase from your regular vendor). Our clients typically qualify for charitable pricing. The typical cost for SQL server and required licenses for a charity or not-for-profit is $500.
