Please note that our custom development services are in high demand - plan to contact us well in advance (at least 3-4 months) of when you would expect to deploy any customizations.
In order for us to begin on any custom development, you must first produce a document outlining exactly and completely the changes you would like to make to the software.
This step is very important - we feel only you are qualified to understand the unique needs of your organization.
We do not offer services in designing changes to the software, only in implementing changes you have comprehensively specified.
Once we receive your design, we will provide you with a quote and a work order to sign and fax back to us, or we may return the document to you with comments and questions for further clarification.
If you need help producing the required design document, we suggest you contact your technical support or project management staff, or hire a local consultant.
