For funders or large organizations deploying over a broad geographic area, Pirouette includes tools for merging datasets from many installations of Pirouette.
This is a great way to get a statistical overview for a group of agencies without having to share the same database, and avoids the management and scalability problems that typically show
up trying to deploy one large database to a number of very different organizations.
The easiest way to build your merged dataset is to use our data integration service. The base price includes merging up to ten databases that are hosted by Roxy Software.
Offsite databases must be on a static IP address, and cost an additional $25/month per database. The dataset is automatically rebuilt weekly.
